We know that your privacy is important to you, so we will never sell, lease, or exchange your personal data to, or otherwise share your personal data with, third parties in ways other than described in this Privacy Policy. The website, products and services made available to you by Dynamic Application Services, Inc., at will collectively be termed the “Services” throughout this document. By using the Services you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Policy. 1. Information Collection & Use
• Account Registration
The Service requires a login in order to provide you, the “User”, with a personalized account. During our account registration process, we will collect a login name, password, and an email address from you. You must provide all of this information in order to obtain an account. After completing our registration form, you will receive a welcome email describing your new account, and how to access that account. You may, at your option, also store your social media credentials as part of your account with our Service.
• Account Subscriptions
If you choose to register an account for the Services with we may collect personally identifiable information (billing address, phone number, etc.) and keep this information on file in our secure server in order to process your recurring invoices as per your service agreement. Credit card numbers are never collected on our server(s), as they are collected and processed through an accredited, third-party, credit card processing provider. Upon discontinuation of the Services, your information will be deleted from the billing system. If we are unable to process your subscription or payment for any reason, your contact information may be used to contact you.
• Data Storage and Server Logs
When accessing web pages on the EZ Freight Websites server, we may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, browser type, and referral URL in order to provide us with internal information regarding site traffic statistics. This information is used in the aggregate, and is not linked back to any personally identifiable information. However, this information may also be used to identify Users who are misusing the service for spam or other activity that is deemed in conflict with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
• Visitors to Our Hosted Websites (“UserSites”)
The website(s) created by Users through the system and hosted by the Services, will be hereafter referred to as UserSite(s).
Users of the Services who have created their business UserSite(s) through the system are provided with tools allowing them to ask their visitors to submit personal information such as an email address when making comments on the website, or contacting them through their UserSite(s). Since Users of our Services can manipulate the HTML code on the UserSite(s) directly, there are opportunities available for a malicious User to inject code that would log your information before it reaches our system. In addition, once in our system, Users will have the opportunity to review, collect and modify any information entered into their UserSite(s). Since we do not have full control over how our Users run their individual sites or businesses, this privacy policy does not apply to any UserSite(s) hosted by us. You should check that you trust the owner of any website before submitting personally identifiable information on that site and check with their individual privacy policy.

2. Information Security
We store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. However, we do not collect or store credit card numbers. Credit card numbers are handled by an accredited third party processor. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps us to protect your personal data. This data is accessed only for the purposes specified in this privacy statement. 3. Uses of Information
We collect the aforementioned personally identifiable information in order to provide you with Services that allow you to maintain an online presence. Various features in our website management system will, at your discretion, display your name, or adjust the date and time of events based on your locale. The Website Manager interface will always give you an option before any of your personally identifiable information is presented on your website, and situations where information will be published is made clear in various spots in the interface (for example, your name is tied to welcome emails you send out from our system, and notice of this is given to you within the interface for that tool). also uses information collected through its Services to send out notifications regarding service related issues (such as maintenance periods, billing problems, account expirations, and other items that may impact service). We do not send contact information unless the matter is deemed urgent. We also may use your information to send you messages regarding new services or other products and services from EZ Freight Websites, but will not share this information with third parties for any marketing purposes outside of the products or services of Dynamic Application Services, Inc.
Information collected through our service logs is used to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website traffic. The statistical information is not aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.
Dynamic Application Services, Inc. is the sole owner of information collected on Your information is never shared, leased or given to any third parties in ways other than disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

4. Access to Personally Identifiable Information
• Changing Information
All information that we store related to your account, including any subscription billing information, is accessible through your Website Manager interface. You may use this interface to adjust your information at any time, and we encourage you to keep this information up to date so that your customer service requests and billing processes operate efficiently.
• Removing Information
To remove your personally identifiable information from our system and your account is in good standing, submit your account for deactivation. Your personal information will be removed immediately, though your actual login name will remain reserved on our system until re-collection. If you wish to only remove your billing subscription information, cancel your paid account. Both of these removals can be accessed through your Website Manager interface.

5. Communications from
• Service-related Announcements
We will send you service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
• Other Messages
We may also send you messages from time to time about new features or services that we will offer to our users.   You may opt-out of these communications at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of our communications to you, or by changing your preferences in your profile.
• Customer Service
Upon issuing a customer support request to, we may use your information and email address to contact you regarding your inquiry.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
• Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. This information contains statistics related to traffic and the geographic location of our customers. We also may share aggregated user information with third parties who help us to analyze our user base to improve the Services. 
We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.
• Personally Identifiable Information
We employ third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf.   Examples include credit card processing, email service providers, analyzing data, and providing customer service.   These service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purposes.
In the event of a business transfer or sale by Dynamic Application Services, Inc., customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the commitments made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, you consent otherwise).
We may release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms & Conditions of Use; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Dynamic Application Services, Inc, the Services, our users, or others.  This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

8. Log Files

Certain information, such as your name and IP address are logged by our system when posting messages, and are made available to the owner of the UserSite(s) you are posting on. These items may be displayed to readers of the site you are posting on, depending on the settings of that particular site. If you would not like to have these details disclosed, refrain from posting messages to any bulletin board or chat room.

Minimum Age policy is that the Services may be used only by individuals over the age of 18, and we urge parents to supervise their children’s use of the Services.  We do not collect any information from children.  However, if a parent learns that a child has submitted Personally Identifying Information to our website, the parent should contact us immediately and that information will be deleted.

12. Business Transitions
In the event or Dynamic Application Services, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
